Cupertino-Toyokawa Sister Cities, Inc. (CTSC) is a volunteer-run nonprofit dedicated to promoting cultural exchange and friendship between Cupertino, California, and Toyokawa, Japan, since 1978. Our programs are flexible, rewarding, and open to all ages—whether you're a student, professional, retiree, or simply passionate about community and culture.
